Hello all and welcome back to neeskitchen Today we are going to see digestion rasam.This rasam is suitable for those who have digestion issues This rasam is suitable for those who have digestion issues This is also good for cold and cough This is also good for cold and cough Couple of days when I made this rasam in instagram, many of you had asked me to put a video So this is for all those who requested me this recipe Ingredients for this rasam Carom seeds are optional We will not roast them. We will directly powder them It should be coarse like this It should be coarse like this One lemon size tamarind is diluted with 3 cups water One lemon size tamarind is diluted with 3 cups water Along with this I am adding few curry leaves We will mix this powder along with the rasam now. Mix them Add some hing powder to this. This is home made powder from raw cake, I will put a video on this soon. along with this add turmeric 1/4 tsp Let the rasam boil I am cooking in low flame so that the raw smell of tamarind goes off Lets wait until it boils Now its boiling well I am switching off the gas at this stage. Since it is kalchatti, it will boil for some more time. So we will close with a lid only after this stops, else it will overflow We will now begin to temper Look at this side, even after I switch off the gas, its boiling Once the ghee is hot.. once the mustard splutters garlic is optional Once the garlic is fried, switch off the gas Add curry leaves We will pour this in the rasam Thats it our rasam is ready There is no need for coriander leaves.
