For example, your lower back does not stay permanent on the ground when you do sissors. That is really really bad and can cause hurt or injurys. Second example, your hip moves constantly while you do high plank to low plank. That is wrong, the hip has to stay fixed so your abs have to be thight. I was hoping for at least 400. Usually my watch says I burn half of what is on the video. I did every move and I'm sweating.
