– I’ve been working
with Ivan since his wife passed away about a year ago. – [Ivan] I used to do my
own shopping, but lately I just don’t feel up to it at all. – I’ve been a little bit concerned about your weight and nutrition lately. – Well, I just don’t seem to
have had much of an appetite. – But it’s really important
to have a good balanced diet and plenty to drink so
that you don’t get sick. – When poor dietary habits creep in, there’s a big risk for older
people of malnutrition. – And dehydration. – He might be a bit depressed. He hasn’t seen his daughter, Karen for a while, or his friends. Maybe we should bring Karen in on this. – Now that’s a good idea. – Hello. – Oh, hello Karen. This is Jo Wilson, your
dad’s care manager. – I didn’t realise how

eating and drinking enough. – Now that you’ve got Meals
on Wheels coming twice a week, you’ve got good healthy
meals organised for you. And you know what? You’re looking so much better already. – And I’m feeling better. Cheers. – Cheers. (upbeat music)
