Hey everybody dr. Menta here with another
menta be well minute today I want to talk to you about muscle cramps now if
you’ve ever woken up in the middle of the night feeling like someone took a
baseball bat to the back of your leg or you’re an athlete you’re running down
the field in and all of a sudden you’re taken out by your opponent so you think
