(light music) What the data shows is that most people are so imperfect with their sun protection that despite wearing sunscreen, their vitamin D levels are adequate. Secondly, we can get vitamin D very easily and safely from our diet,
so many foods are fortified with vitamin D, for example milk. Also, you can take a vitamin D supplement. So in a nutshell, I
think people should know that they can take vitamin D safely through supplements and
through dietary sources, and it’s not safe to get it from the sun. The sun causes cancer.
