DIY: How To GET RID OF Hyperpigmentation Around Mouth FAST! Natural Hyperpigmentation Treatment
Hi guys. so today I have a quick video for you guys, and it is on how to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Now I know that there are a couple of videos out there that show you how to get rid of hyperpigmentation. I thought I would just do this video and just be real with you guys. Like this is not gonna happen overnight. If you would like to see an actual like realistic DIY video on how to get rid of hyperpigmentation on your face or how to reduce it, then go ahead and stay tuned for this video. So this mask, I’ve been applying it like all over my face. And mostly like what I was.. what I wanted to fade was the dark spots that I had on my forehead from consistently popping pimples when they’re not ready. So I just wanted to fade out the dark marks in that area. And then I had like some… a little bit of like hyperpigmentation underneath my eyes. Ummm.. and on my eye lid. As well as like around my mouth area. So for this facemask you’re going to need a bowl, a spoon, plain yogurt and turmeric powder. You want to start off by taking one tablespoon of the turmeric powder and mixing it with two tablespoons of yogurt. The lactic acid in the yogurt dissolves dead skin cells, it exfoliates your skin and it helps to decrease wrinkles. Yogurt contains zinc as well, which takes care of acne but it’s gentle enough that it won’t dry out your skin. Turmeric is a well-known skin brightening and lightening ingredient. And the curcumin in the turmeric has antioxidant as well as anti-inflammatory properties. So it helps with acne, it’s anti-aging, it brightens your skin and it reduces inflammation. If your mask is on the liquid side you can go ahead and add some more turmeric powder. There’s no limit to the amount of turmeric powder you can add for this mask. Since turmeric is the active ingredient that’s going to brighten and lighten your dark spots. So this is what it looks like once it’s dried. I’ve left this on for about 20 minutes and at this point you just want to go ahead and carefully wash your face with some cold water. This gets messy so Make sure that you are careful when you’re washing it out. Okay, so I am back. I have just watched the face mask off and I just wanted to show you guys what my skin looks like after. So I feel like the biggest difference that I see is around my mouth. That skin in an area has just gotten a lot closer to the skin tone on my cheeks and on the rest of my face. I feel like around my eyes like the little bit of dark circles I had around there and like ummm.. the hyperpigmentation on my lid has faded a little bit. But I don’t see as big of a difference around my eyes as I do Around my mouth area. But to be fair I was a lot more hyper pigmented around my lips than I was on my eyelid or underneath my eyes. I’m probably gonna keep doing this mask because I’m super happy with the results that I’ve gotten. And now that I’ve tried this for a couple of weeks I think that the effect.. it has gotten me to a point where I feel like I don’t have to wear foundation.
