Hey this is Jorge, in this video want to talk
about foods to eat when you have hypothyroidism now about two years ago 2012 I am nearly 2012 my hypothyroidism was getting really bad
I was gaining weight outta control are my brain was just so foggy I can
concentrate do anything I had zero energy my eyes
were puffy I mean not many people can actually
understand what I was going through and I don’t think that many people understand what it’s like to be going through hypothyroidism unless and experience it themselves but over boot last couple of years our
special 2013 at in a lotta research and I i just wanted
to change so bad that was willing to do whatever
it took to you change my situation now just to give you
a little bit background I information back then I used to eat a lot of fun you
know what I called regular food I can all go to restaurants I’m special like buoys and you know just
about all the food that you find there that’s like you know it sounds tasty like I’m of
buffalo chicken hot wings out peter I you you know your bacon burger I you
know I use love like the I how opinion burgers with bacon and you know all these other foods that
you know just in case y’all your salad every now and then because I thought that adding vegetables
was you know healthy and I need to eat more vegetables I
thought that was like what eating healthy meant but it wasn’t all I start to learn what real food is what
a real nutritionist liked but I start to actually see a change and my health and my life and someone else
are with you know the the big three and so the big three is
basically a probiotics are minerals and the healthy fats right
I’m healthy fats like here in here okay now also with probiotics now because I was a a homer actually are my
epiphany came when I realized that our bodies like a fermentation tank and most of all are hell actually relied on your gut
flora your gut bacteria so any food that you eat is going to
feed on you know you back you’re in the bacteria
in your gut you got war on that’s really what’s going to
digest the food and you know make things like by demands
