HEALTHY MOVIE NIGHT SNACKS! HEALTHY CARAMEL POPCORN & MORE!

hey everyone and welcome back it to my
channel don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t already and follow me on
Instagram because I make lots of healthy recipes and my snapchat is public too if
you guys want to snap me so we’re starting off I’m making some caramel
popcorn and this turned out so good so I’m using some avocado oil as well as
some popcorn kernels which are actually high in fiber so it makes for a
relatively healthy snack just make sure you get non-gmo corn some coconut oil
for a good medium chain triglyceride and maple syrup which actually boost your
immune system some vanilla as well as some Himalayan salt which has 84 trace
minerals it balances your pH it’s just a much better salt choice I whisk that and
heated it up and then poured it over my firstly popped popcorn and then I’m just
doing it to make sure that the caramel sauce covers the popcorn I lay that on a
baking sheet just to make sure it doesn’t all like harden into one giant
like popcorn clump and it turned out so good it’s got a wonderful flavor but
it’s not too much sugar it’s a perfect movie night snack next up are making a
bit of pesto flatbread so I’m using these green fleet wrap green furry flax
reps that was an ethyl and I’m putting some pesto on that and pesto is actually
a great adaptogen it’s an anti-inflammatory antibacterial
antimicrobial I put some chicken on that but you can put whatever toppings you
like and then afterwards I popped it with some microgreens and this is great
because everyone can make individual ones or you can just make a couple like
these and they’re lighter than like a pizza for movie night if you’re having a
bunch of snacks and lastly we’re making a spinach artichoke dip which i think is
it fairly classic like people over kind snack so I’m using some soaked cashews
as well as some spinach which is so high in iron and artichokes which help your
digestion help your cholesterol and your brain health some clean Mayo I like this
one a firm chosen food because it’s made with avocado oil so make sure you use a
cleaner Mayo otherwise this recipe won’t be as healthy putting that in the
blender as well as some lemon which is full of vitamin C it’s gonna help your
blood pressure it’s gonna help your digestion and also give this really nice
fresh flavor some nutritional yeast which is
full of b12 and gives it a nice cheesy flavor we’re not using dairy in this
recipe as well as some garlic powder and garlic is great for you as well anti
microbial and this is how it turned out it’s like the perfect dip to have people
out I love it so this is the movie snacks that I made I hope you guys
