AFTER THE SURVIVOR SEASON PREMIERE CBS TONIGHT WE ARE IN THE DELMARVA LITE KITCHEN TODAY WHERE WE ARE USING SOME FAVORITE FLAVORS PERFECT FOR OUR FALL BY THE WAY TO PUT TOGETHER TO TASTY RELATIVELY HEALTHY SNACKS AND LEADING THE CHARGE IS A NUTRITION EDUCATOR FROM OCEAN PINES WHO IS MAKING HER DELMARVA LIFE DEBUT. WE’RE STARTING OFF WITH SOMETHING NANA BUTTER BLENDER MUFFINS BECAUSE WE MAKE THE ENTIRE RECIPE IN THE BLENDER SO IT’S A A ONE BOWL RECIPE. I LIKE THAT REALLY CONVENIENT YEAH. NOT MUCH TO WASH UP. THAT’S RIGHT. SO I SUPPOSE WE GET STARTED WITH JIMMY TO WORK. OK WELL IT’S REALLY EASY LIKE I SAID YOU’RE GONNA MAKE EVERYTHING IN THIS RECIPE DIRECTLY IN THE BLENDER. RIGHT. SO ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS START WITH YOUR BANANAS YOU’RE GOING TO TAKE TO WRITE BANANAS. BANANAS GET SWEETER THE MORE RIGHT THEY ARE. SO WITH SO MUCH SUPPOSED TO BE. YEAH THIS PLACE PEELED ON SOMETHING THAT IDEA. THE PEEL IS EDIBLE. LET’S DO IT. YEAH THAT’D BE GREAT FIBER SHOW. OKAY GREAT VERY BITTER. YEAH. THEN YOU CAN GO AHEAD ADD A CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER. OKAY DOES IT MATTER WHAT KIND OF PEANUT REALLY DOES IT IN FACT YOU COULD USE ALMOND BUTTER CASHEW BUTTER OR IF YOU’RE SOMEBODY WHO CAN’T TOLERATE NUTS A C BUTTER IS FINE LIKE A PUMPKIN SEED BUTTER OR SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER ALSO WORKS. SO I WAS THINKING CRUNCHY OR SMOOTH OH WELL YOU COULD DO THAT TOO. WELL AND OF COURSE THERE YOU HAVE YOUR NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER SO DON’T IT’S JUST PEANUTS RIGHT. YEAH AND I TEND TO LIKE A NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER WITH LESS SUGAR WHERE JUST PEANUTS AND USUALLY A LITTLE BIT OF SALT. JIMMY THERE WILL BE PLENTY TO TAKE ON INGREDIENTS MORE. I’M NOW GOING TO ADD TWO. TWO EGGS. ALL RIGHT AM I TAKING THE YOLK OUT OF EVERYTHING EVERYTHING’S GOING EVERYTHING THE SHELF THAT TISSUE. YEAH. PEOPLE GET PARTICULAR ABOUT THE EXTRA CRUNCH. IT’S LIKE PLAYING THAT GAME WHERE THEY SAY MAKE A PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH DESCRIBED YOU MAKE A PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH YOU WANT ME TO PUT THE WHOLE JARED OKAY. ALL RIGHT. YOU CAN ADD THIS IS A TEASPOON OF VANILLA. YOU CAN REALLY MIX IT UP IF YOU’D LIKE ALMOND EXTRACT. THAT’S REALLY GOOD TO ESPECIALLY USE ALL THE BUTTER THAT’S HALF A TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA BAKING SODA. IS NOT JUST TO KIND OF GET IT TO RISE HANDHELDS RISE. YEAH. THIS IS A TEASPOON OF CINNAMON WHICH MAKES EVERYTHING BETTER? RIGHT YEAH. AND THIS IS TWO TABLES OF HONEY THIS IS TOTALLY OPTIONAL YOU COULD ALSO USE MAPLE SYRUP PURE MAPLE SYRUP OR IF YOUR BANANAS ARE REALLY RIPE YOU JUST CAN LEAVE IT OUT ENTIRELY. OK. JUST ADDS A LITTLE EXTRA SWEETNESS IN THERE. SO HE’S GOING TO I IMAGINE BLEND THAT ALL TOGETHER. IT’S GONNA MAKE NOISE. SO SHOULD I MAYBE SPRAY YEAH. YOU DON’T HAVE YOU CANNOT BUY OUR MINI MUFFIN CUPS. THESE WORK AS FULL SIZE MUFFINS OR MINI MINI SIDES ARE REALLY NICE FOR KIDS IT’S A NICE TIME OF YEAR TO BE MAKING AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS FOR KIDS AND THE MINI SIZE IS PERFECT FOR THEM. OK JUST GO AT IT YEAH JUST FLIP IT TO ON AND THEN YOU CAN KIND CRANK IT UP THERE ERIC SPADE WILL GIVE IT A CLEARED FOR YEAH. AND IF YOU DON’T HAVE A HIGH POWERED BLENDER LIKE THAT YOU COULD ALSO JUST USE A REGULAR MIXER OK. STILL TO COME YOU CAN YOU CAN JUST TAKE THE TIME OR GET OFF AND YOU CAN PORT. THAT’S WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT THIS RECIPE. YOU CAN POUR RIGHT FROM THE BLENDER INTO THE PAN HELPFUL DO I WANT TO POUR THE CUPS. THREE QUARTERS THREE QUARTERS AND A HALF. ALL RIGHT THAT’S A LOT OF MATH WITH ALL OF THOSE. YEAH YEAH. AND YOU CAN USE THAT SAME SPATULA TO KIND HELP IT IT’S IT’S A THICKER BATTER AND IT DOESN’T HAVE ANY FLOUR ANY REFINED SUGAR IN IT. SO IT’S GLUTEN FREE IF THAT’S SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE OWE WAY OR WHEAT FREE DAIRY FREE. SO THIS OBVIOUSLY IS GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE BITE. YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO WHEN YOU’RE DONE AND YOU GET A ALL IN THERE YOU PUT ON THE OVEN WHAT TEMPERATURE AND 400 DEGREES IF YOU’RE DOING THEM ANY MUFFINS ABOUT EIGHT MINUTES USUALLY IF YOU DO A FULL SIZED MUFFIN MAYBE MORE LIKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN. THEY’RE ALSO REALLY GREAT TOPPED WITH A COUPLE OF MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR SOME CHOPPED NUTS OR JUST YOU PUT THOSE ON BEFORE YOU SPRINKLE A COUPLE ON TOP ALL RIGHT. WELL TO ME I KNOW YOU’RE BUSY TASTING BUT I THINK OUR MANAGER TO THE RIGHT IS GOING I MEAN THAT’S WHAT WE CALL BECAUSE FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE ACTUALLY MADE SOME TWEAKS IMAGINED TO THE OVEN AND NOT ONLY DOES IT COOK IT QUICKLY IT MULTIPLIES. THAT’S RIGHT I REALLY NEED TO GET ONE OF THESE. OK. DREW DREW. ALL RIGHT. SO WE CAN GO AHEAD AND CATCH MR. NICE UP OBVIOUSLY WHEN YOU TAKE MONEY UP THEY’D NORMALLY BE HOT. THESE ARE ROOM TEMPERATURE AND READY TO GO THESE GREAT AND VERY GOOD VERY VERY CLOSE. OH MY GOODNESS IT’S A GREAT BREAKFAST AND HE’S ACTUALLY FREEZE REALLY WELL TOO. SO IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A BATCH AND KEEP THEM IN THE FREEZER PULL OUT A COUPLE OF TIME THAT WORKS REALLY WELL TO HAVE A SNACK ON THE CUP. ALL RIGHT WELL WE’RE NOT DONE WITH. YEAH RIGHT. EXCUSE ME.
