Reply Sophie Xie, DPT says: November 5, 2019 at 3:14 am Nice video. I have never seen the gadget before but definitely agree with setting sustainable goals and exercise with a partner to keep accountable. Gamify exercise is a big trend now and that sounds like a great thing going for the little gadget. I try to keep myself accountable by broadcast my progress on my channel, because I hate exercising. 😅 Reply Smile Smile says: November 5, 2019 at 3:17 am Biker Brad 💪 Reply James Sidell says: November 5, 2019 at 3:27 am 100% agree. I started tracking just with my phone, on samsung health. I met my 50 minute per day activity goal for a year straight (roughly 7k steps per day). Then I decided to up it to my step goal too which was 10k. I did that every day for a year, and there were some days it would be 10PM and I forced myself to keep the streak going. Now I'm averaging about 18k steps per day. There are some days you just dont want to, but you want to meet your goals! Reply Amos 3:3 says: November 5, 2019 at 3:33 am How do the devices accurately track burned calories ? I hike in the desert a lot of up and downs. So really don't pay attention to it. I can hike two different trails that are four miles and get way different results Reply Kimberly W says: November 5, 2019 at 3:47 am 👍👍😀😀 Reply She Wolf says: November 5, 2019 at 3:51 am You two are so helpful. Reply Jam Daly says: November 5, 2019 at 5:26 am strava keeps me motivated to log miles and push myself on the bike and running too Reply Sally Villarreal says: November 5, 2019 at 6:50 am I respect you guys, except when you go for these clickbait titles that come out when weight loss is involved. Usually, the video more down to earth than the title. Even putting Brad’s name in the title, instead of implying everyone will burn the same amount of calories. (Without a time frame sounds suspicious, too.) Reply An English Man Escaping Brexit says: November 5, 2019 at 9:11 am This channel has turned into QVC Reply Hashslingingslasher says: November 5, 2019 at 9:28 am Brad is a Chad Reply Leximus Maximus says: November 5, 2019 at 11:42 am Honestly? Change the title to how to use and app to track calories. Shameful attempt at grabbing views, stick to what you are best at and forget the false advertising. Reply Centurion of Truth says: November 5, 2019 at 12:42 pm That's about 20 lbs. Reply David Bikeman says: November 5, 2019 at 12:54 pm Get an indoor bike trainer and join Zwift ($16. a month). You'll have hundreds of training partners every day. 71 years old & 4000 miles a year (indoor & out). Total knee replacement in July and back to 100 miles a week in October. And enjoying all of it. Start slow & don't quit. Reply GLOWING OWL says: November 5, 2019 at 2:22 pm The title ? 🤦🏻♀️ Reply Sporty Trisha says: November 5, 2019 at 3:43 pm I was introduced to fasting at age 18 & chiropractors with fasting clinics for 25-50 years. I eat pretty clean so weakness & discomfort wasn’t too terrible BUT I have been taught a lot of info and this book is the best guide. It’s not for people who have cancer, diabetes, heart disease or early stages of tuberculosis. Lost a lot of fat and pounds. It’s not starving. Starving is when the body uses all the fat reserves and starts to feed off muscle. This is what people are going through in 3rd world countries. My goal is to detox and rest my insides. https://www.amazon.com/Fasting-Can-Save-Your-Life/dp/0914532235/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?keywords=fasting+can+save+your+life&qid=1572968589&sprefix=fasting+can+save+&sr=8-4 Reply Courtney Fraser says: November 5, 2019 at 3:46 pm Can you write the 5 steps in the description or down here in the comments? Reply justa bigchicken says: November 5, 2019 at 4:55 pm "How many bikes do you have, Brad?" Lol Never enough! Love you guys! Reply michael murphy says: November 5, 2019 at 8:49 pm The channel seems to be taking more of a focus on product placement and clickbait these days, its disappointing compared to the more directly related physiotherapy subjects. I understand that finding content for a video everyday is difficult but if thats getting to be the case, quality has to trump quantity to prevent dilution and a loss of belief in your message. I appreciate all the help you've tried to pass on to benefit people but you are better than clickbait titles guys. Reply Yolo Bro says: November 5, 2019 at 8:52 pm Body dysmorphia always motivated me since I was 17 and first set my foot in the gym. Reply Jeanne L says: November 6, 2019 at 12:03 am Very inspirational, Brad! I work in manufacturing and am on my feet all day. I love doing fitness walking, but am too tired after work most days. Could you guys make a video on cardio exercises that are more geared towards people who don't have desk jobs? I'm sure such an episode would be appreciated by many individuals like myself.
