Moong Dal Pizza | Healthy Tiffin Recipe | Tasty Tiffin ideas for kids

200 grams Moong Dal 100 grams Rice 2 Cheese Cubes 1 small tomato 3 tbsp boiled corn 1 small capsicum 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp chilli garlic paste salt to taste 4 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp baking soda Wash the Moong dal thoroughly and soak it for 5 hours or overnight Repeat the same with rice Wash it thoroughly and soak it for 5 hours or overnight The moong dal and rice are now ready to use for the batter Add half the quantity of dal and rice in a mixer grinder, along with 1/2 tsp chilli garlic paste, salt and a little water Repeat the same for the remaining dal, rice and chilli-garlic paste. Add 2 tbsp oil and baking soda to the prepared batter Keep water for boiling in the steamer Grease the moulds with oil Pour the batter in the moulds and place the moulds in the steamer Cook for 15 mins or until the batter is cooked Remove the small moong dal cakes from the moulds and apply tomato ketchup Add cheese and other vegetables onto the pizza Add a little oil to the pan and place the pizzas in it for 5-10 mins on low flame, until the cheese melts take out the pizzas onto a plate once the cheese melts Moong Dal Pizza is ready!!
