MSG, or monosodium glutamate, is one of the most common
flavor enhancers in the market. MSG intensifies the
taste buds of your mouth. It makes the food taste
better than it really is. It can trick the taste
buds in your mouth into eating lower quality food
so that the food manufacturing companies can make more profits. But, it has major side effects. It’s very addictive. You eat more food. It increases serotonin and
it increases insulin by 300%. It is classified as
modified food starch. You’d be surprised how many
foods in a regular grocery store have modified food starch. What is insulin? Insulin is the main hormone
that makes people fat. In the presence
of insulin, you’re not going to be able
to burn any fat. All six fat-burning
hormones are completely blocked by this
hormone called insulin. This hormone is triggered by
sugars, fine cards and MSG. MSG triggers
triglycerides, which are blood fats, a fatty
liver and all sorts of health problems. MSG is in fast foods. Most companies hide the fact
that their ingredience have MSG by renaming it to
modified cornstarch, natural flavors, smoke flavors,
autolized yeast extract.
