protein our hairs are made up of protein so if there is lack of protein intake it’s a bad news for your hair now why you’re depend on protein either it intentional or non-intentional but if your diet is in lack of protein your hair get proper nutrition proper protein but because of your body start saving that less amount of protein and it changes your health cycle your growth cycle in to resting like dry fruits you can have eat jaggery you can have beetroot green leaf vegetables palak everything in your diet because if iron is low it may happen that your hair falls in direct state that you growth cycle to fall cycle and your hair start falls so don’t do that if it happen start taking proper diet vitamin B12 vitamin iron biotin zinc everything you can have banana every day you can have oats and you can have milk and milk products with salads it takes your six to eight months to get reverse but definitely it is reversible so start doing proper diet same way there is a deficiency anything is an excess is also not good like vitamin A in excess form is also why talking about vitamin A particularly because it happens that whenever you have the problem of instability or whenever
