the nutritional value of foods over the last fifty to a hundred years has been steadily declining which means when a person eats an orange today it has about half the amount of vitamin C it had 5060 years ago the whole movement towards processed foods has turned food into something that is not serving human beings real true needs they need we need a car needs gasoline and oil and air to run we need a combination of many many different things you take the white foods just look at one classification of food white food I have a chapter somewhere called white menaces white rice white bread white pasta white sugar and even white salt the problem with the and why they’re white is they take out all the minerals all the all the magnesium is specifically so people are running day by day with decreasing levels of magnesium this hurts people very very much makes them suffer and then fall into disharmony and disease so if this is true and it is true this is scientific information it comes out of universities like MIT that about sixty eight percent of all Americans are magnesium deficient
