If I remember nothing else from my
childhood it was my series of creative Halloween costumes and aggressive
neighborhood gossiping to find out which houses had the best candy. October 31st
was anticipated for months and recounted for years and it wasn’t just me.
Although school never gave us a break for it, we always made time for its novel
festivities. But why was it such a special holiday for us? Was it really the
addictive adrenaline of spooky spiders and haunted houses? it was a much spookier addiction. The
beginning of unhealthy routines and habits right now in america. An incurable
obesity epidemic has run rampant. We’ve all heard the facts and statistics but
an even better personal indicator than that it’s just a look around Halloween
candy obsessions are just the beginning fast food restaurants liner highways

how we must take back responsibility for raising our children and realize that

make fitness and nutrition a part of their lifestyle by reserving more time
in common she academics to begin teaching health nutrition and fitness
and by introducing creative ways to stay fit these students valuing and
understanding the complexities of health and obesity prevention with upper level

of sports out there with which to stay fit in with the participation of school
