So it's probably not the vegetables and fruit that is important but rather the meat, protein, fat, bad gut bacteria that is causing the disease. It's probably the case that some vegetables and fruit are good but mounds of it is just flushing money down the toilet and perhaps exposing oneself to more pesticides. I tried fasting, my diet is vegan and I include lots of RE3 starch and vegetables… no sugar, no milk, no meat, not bread…nothing processed. How can I get my ph balance right? I no try regular coffee enemas and lots of sports. But so far the progress is little. I guess I have some really nasty hitch hikers. My doctors won't recognize my problems as a disease. Any ideas how to push my diet or daily protocolls? longer fasting? Problem with that is… my body height is 182 by 75 kg of weight. Not much to looose… I'm greatful for all ideas. Congrats to those already on board the fiber train! But if you're not honestly challenge yourself 1 cup of beans a day! Cured my constipation! It will work for you too!
