Food is something that we eat several times a day and very often we don’t really take that much notice of. I’m Maria. I’m a second year student, currently reading for a Bachelor degree in Applied Food and Nutritional Sciences. Hi I’m Corinne. I have followed the course because I had an interest in nutrition, healthy lifestyle and health promotion. My experience has been very positive. It’s very diverse. Apart from lectures, we also spent time in the lab. We also had sight visits. We have placements. This also led me to learn how to write papers and dissertation which currently I find very helpful with by Master’s. Such courses in Food and Nutritional Sciences are suited for those people first of all who love areas of the Health Sciences, and, above all else, for those people who have a curiosity and an interest in food. My name is Johann Zarb. I am a physiotherapist. I am also a nutritionist, and I am following a Master’s by research. I was able to, along the years, be exposed to the problems of childhood obesity, and also decreased physical activity in children. I hope that this is an opportunity to be able to carry out further research in the future. Research in the fields. For those who are foodies, who are interested in the manufacturer in the effects of food, in the production of food in general. It’s safety. The laws associated with it. Really, these courses are for those people; who are curious, who want an exciting career that would definitely not be boring and, above all else, they have an interest in maintaining health or regaining their health, through something that is quite natural. In other words, the food they eat. So come study with us.
