Why we stopped eating Raw Till 4 | Freelee was wrong?

happy yeah beside you appreciate the increased improved quality of the videos upgrades baby next level so we’ve had a lot of questions lately on our sector if you’re not following us on snapchat well hello you should be that big in a couple so the question has been you’re not doing raw tool for anymore I’m seeing all these uncle ostriches what’s going on guys we had a full out with freely you’re not doing fruit you know what’s going on sir we thought we’d address that in this video lunch today brown rice mixed beans and some salsa tomato salsa and greens I got a ball here so anyway why are we doing raw till 4 anymore well we did it for about 18 months and it was fantastic was during that time that we healed all of our remaining health issues from Candida chronic fatigue asthma allergies eczema hyper hydrosis yeah everything cleared up on raw till 4 and we attribute that to the healing power of living nutrition contained in you know raw fruits and vegetables but we were reading you know fruit yeah let us just start by saying fruit is king king or queen queen whatever it’s the best we put it up there as the best nutrition you could possibly get but as our lovely friends at banana TV say fruit more does it ever oh yes fruit is best but being carved up is better and we tried to do raw till 4 here in Thailand when we first arrived but what we were finding was we weren’t getting enough calories and that’s because mango season has finished the mangoes that are still around are a little pricey and they’re also not great quality so you don’t really want to mono me on those you’re not attracted to mono meal on those bananas yes they’re always a staple and we do eat those pretty much daily when we’ve got them ripe but we were eating a lot of low calorie foods like mangosteen and rambutan and lumps earth and basically up there papayas and we were fine watermelon we’re finding we were getting undercard so we you know buy kilos and kilos of these low calorie fruits and we’d spent a long time eating them and no matter how much we ate we still weren’t getting enough calories because they just don’t pack the punch of bananas and dates yeah so the other thing is that those fruits as you said they takes so long to eat because they’re very small and fiddly and you got to peel them and everybody’s wrong yeah but you can’t exactly be working and eating at the same time you kind of got to take out like an hour of your morning to have a couple of kilos of these very low calorie fruits so it just wasn’t working for us we found that we was kind of eating low calorie fruits all day not being productive in terms of work I’m still feeling hungry exactly so what we do now is that we absolutely when we have fruit we eat much of it as we possibly can and that’s usually first thing in the morning and then throughout the rest of the day we go to the cooked carbs just to get the calories in and not have that hungry feeling throughout the days firstly because you know we’re doing some really amazing exercise we’ve been riding up the mountain we’ve been doing a lot of running and we started the gym again so our energy requirements have gone up again and we just feel like we needed more calories and the other thing is that we don’t do smoothies anymore a sample when we’re at the top of the mountain yes we will have a smoothie then but we don’t have a blender here and we don’t like having smoothies throughout the day we’ve got a video on that explaining and we also don’t like juices so we’re sticking to Whole Foods as much as possible I mean we we do eat oats which are a whole food but then we also eat like a cereal and a measely the muesli is whole food as well with those cereals yes yeah but in terms of like blending your fruit or extracting the juice from the fiber we don’t really like how that feels in our bodies so you can get more calories in when you blend fruit or when you you know juice it you can be drinking juices all day and have a lot of calories that way but we don’t like doing that so that’s why we prefer to stick with the cooked Whole Foods as much as possible throughout the day so we do have the occasional raw till 4 day particularly when we’ve got when we’ve got enough fruit available mostly we’re probably raw till noon so it’s a fruit breakfast and some days we’re start solution where we don’t have you know fruit on hand and we always feel different on those days we do prefer that fresh hydrating you know living nutrition first thing in the morning that’s what the body really craves but I think it’s in corner just for people to know that you know you need to be flexible so there’s no point saying I’m going to stick to this you know come when it’s at how or high water yeah yeah hello Sean um if you’re not feeling great if you don’t have the calories if it’s just not enough food for you you have to be flexible yeah if it if it’s not working for your lifestyle then change it so that it will just make sure it’s vegan yeah and make at high carb low fat and it’s assess what’s happening day to day week to week season by season you know just be flexible flat sorry it’s waiting for us at the moment and you know when a season changes again we’ll have more ripe fruit more often we’ll be able to get more calories in so bring back the mangoes yes that’s the latest don’t panic guys we still love real talk for we still love fruit and we do it as much as we can when practical impossible so hope that clarifies all the snapchat questions and we are going to tuck in to lunch now chowing down
