In a mixing bowl All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1 Cup Maida 1/2 Cup Curd. Curd should be slightly sour. No need to be too sour. Mix it both well. Now add the food colour. By Adding Some water with an interval Without lumps, mix it well. It should look like this. with pouring consistency Now Add Baking Powder. Keep it aside for 10 Minutes Now let’s Prepare the sugar syrup. With 2 Cups of Sugar Add 1 Cup of Water Make Sugar Syrup with One String Consistency. Look at this,Sugar Syrup has been made. With One String Consistency Now, In this Squeeze the lemons Then Only,Sugar Syrup will not get hardened. Cardamom Powder has been Added. Now Sugar Syrup is ready. Now Pour the batter into the Sauce Bottle. Now, In a pan Oil has been heated Put a little amount of batter,then it will float. Flame should be medium. Oil Should not get too heated. Put it as Jalebi It is very easy recipe. It can be made in 15 minutes. We have not added yeast to it. Children will like it more to eat. It will be so crispy even after gets cooled. Oil should be heated less. Then only it looks fine,Otherwise It gets dissolved at the top. It will be more crispy. Take it and soak it in the sugar syrup. Jalebi made at home will be fine than that is bought at the shop. Soaking it in Sugar Syrup for 5 Minutes is enough. Tasty Jalebi Ready.
